St. Barnabas has been dedicated to educating children since 1883, when John and Rich Clara donated land for the building of an Episcopal church.. Along with a church, the couple stated that a schoolhouse be constructed.. Providing a Christian education for children has always been a top priority.
In 1971, St. Barnabas vestry approved the formation of St. Barnabas Episcopal School. The school has come a long way from its humble beginning of 24 students and today; it empowers over 350 students to achieve academic and moral excellence in a faith-filled environment based on God’s Word..
For over 50 years, St. Barnabas Episcopal School has been developing well-rounded, young, servant-hearted leaders who have a solid foundation of faith, virtue, and excellence.
